Bunk Room | Twin over Twin bunks + Full over Full bunks. Sleeps up to 6. (One extra pull-out twin futon which can be moved to accommodate sleeping arraignments).

Keyless entry door code will be texted to you a few days before your arrival date. Check in anytime do to varying flight times you may check in anytime on the date of your arrival.

Check Out

Check out anytime on date of departure. Please text Caitlin when you leave.

Linens: Remove all sheets from used beds. Please put sheets and towels in laundry room.

Dishes: Any remaining dirty dishes should be loaded into the dishwasher.

Trash & Recycle: Take out to bins beside the house. If you're staying for an extended period, the garbage and recycle day is Monday. Please roll bins to the street on Sunday night. and back in Monday night.

Lock & Lights. Please ensure all exterior doors are locked and lights are off.

Air Conditioning: Return air conditioning to 80 degrees.

Noteworthy About the Home

Internet: Name CopaCows and password Enjoy2day!

Media Streaming: Smart TVs and Sonos, we recommend you log into your own Netflix or desired streaming app.

Outdoor Fans: Remain on. This keeps the birds from nesting on them.

Patio Awning: Please retract when windy or when you leave the premise.

Pool Safety: Use slider door alarm and or crossbar lock to keep little ones safe from wondering to the pool alone. Children should be supervised at all times. No glass around the pool and no diving into the pool.

Curious Neighbors: If neighbors ask who you are, tell them you are friends of the owners (Scott, Nadine and Caitlin).

Putting: if you chip a golf ball to the neighbor's yard, they will likely throw it back over.

Canal: Do not swim or let pets swim in the canal. It's reclaimed water and died blue.

Ak-Chin Circle Entertainment Center: Fun for all ages. Bowling, laser tag, movie theater, arcade, restaurant and bar. Harrah Casino attached to this facility.

Copper Sly Recreation Center: Fun for all ages. Free outdoor Pickleball, $5 aquatic center with lap pool, water slides, rock climbing wall over pool, lazy river and movie nights in the summer.

Saguaro Lake Ranch Stable | Phoenix Horseback Riding Ages 7+, worth the scenic drive along Salt River, amazing guides and beautiful horses and scenery.

Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park: All ages, animal encounters and rides and refreshments. The giraffe feeding station is a huge hit.

OdySea Aquarium: All ages, fantastic aquarium located in an outdoor shopping area. Also in this location is a laser maze and mirror maze, plus shopping and ice cream.
